Reposted from our sister project Angel Academe:
We’re delighted to announce that the City of London’s Economic Development Office have appointed Angel Academe to run a mentoring programme for women entrepreneurs.
The programme is part of CoL’s ongoing commitment to support enterprise and small businesses both in the City and its neighbouring boroughs. It aims to help 15-20 female entrepreneurs grow their businesses by offering a combination of brainstorming, education, peer accountability and support in a group setting to sharpen business and personal skills.
Angel Academe will provide support and encouragement from fellow entrepreneurs and business mentors drawing on its extensive network of business mentors and contacts. Specific areas of guidance will cover areas as diverse as Business and Financial Planning, Leadership, Technology, Marketing/PR and Sales, Product Development, Analytics and Investment Readiness. The course will also provide an opportunity to network, build relationships, learn from other people’s experiences and share their own.
We’re interested in hearing from potential entrepreneurs and mentors and will have applications for both here at the beginning of March – so stay tuned!
